You may provide your source text in many different file formats to me:

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• OpenOffice (Writer, Calc, Impress)
• XML
• HTML
• Image file formats
• PDF

to mention but a few.

Simply ask me if your text is in a format that may be a little unusual.

However, any file format that I can process without having to convert is best. Please note that I have to convert file formats such as PDF or image file formats into an editable file format before I can process it with a computer-aided translation (CAT) software which may result in additional costs for you.
